Pepsico’s Naked Juice to be Featured on 'Green Magazine TV' On The Discovery Channel for Its Sustainability Efforts
WDCC is proud to announce the addition of PepsiCo’s Naked Juice as a key feature on “Green Magazine TV,” a new television series hosted by Tristan Rogers and airing on the Discovery Channel highlighting some of the most energy efficient organizations in the world.

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- (WORLD-WIRE) “Green Magazine TV” produced by Worldwide Digital Communications, is a new television series featuring ecology and energy conscious companies and organizations. This series will showcase some of the newest and “greenest” technologies being utilized, and is scheduled to be aired as paid programming on the Discovery Channel.

Naked Juice, manufacturers of all-natural 100% juices and juice smoothies, recently became the first nationally-distributed brand to use a 100% post-consumer recycled bottle made from other bottles. Currently, only 32 oz products are available in the new bottle, but the company is working to transition its entire portfolio to the recycled bottle. When this is accomplished, it will reduce Naked Juice’s virgin plastic consumption by 8.1 million pounds per year, which means it will save 57,000 barrels of oil every year, the equivalent of taking 3,460 cars off the road. Naked Juice is also the first U.S. based juice company to team up with the Rainforest Alliance, an international nonprofit organization working to ensure sustainable methods for people, while protecting wildlife and the environment.
