TN 10th Result 2020: Tamil Nadu Board SSLC Result 2020 to be declared soon: Check Details Here: The Tamil Nadu Education Minister K A Sengottaiyan has confirmed that the Tamil Nadu SSLC (10th) examination result will be declared by the third week of July. The TN SSLC result will be declared by the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu in online mode at its official website viz. tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in.

However, the exact date has not yet been announced by the board. In order to get their result, the students are required to enter their registration number and date of birth. The candidates who will clear their SSLC result would be able to collect their mark sheet from their respective schools after 15 days of result declaration. TN 12th Result 2020

Last year the TN SSLC result was announced in the month of April, however, this year the schedule is deferred due to the nationwide lockdown imposed by the government to combat the COVID-19 outbreak. Hence, the students who have appeared for their TN SSLC board examination had to wait longer to get their result but now the wait is about to over as the result will be out in 3rd week of July, so the students just be ready with your registration number and date of birth to check your results.

How to check the TN SSLC result 2020?

Students who appeared for the TN SSLC 2020 examination this year can follow the below-mentioned steps to check their results online at the board’s website:

  • Visit the official website of DGE, TN viz: tnresults.nic.in or dge.tn.gov.in.
  • Click on the link which says “SSLC March 2020 Results“
  • You will be redirected to a new page with input fields
  • Enter the Registration Number and Date of Birth in (dd/mm/yyyy) format.
  • Click on the “Get Marks” button.
  • The result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and take a printout of TN SSLC Result 2020 for future reference.

Over 9 lakh students appeared for TN SSLC examinations this year with over 30000 schools affiliated to the board. The TN SSLC 2020 examinations were held in the month of March 2020. After the result declaration, the students would be able to take admission in class 11th with their choice of subjects.

TN 10th Supplementary examination:

Students who failed to clear all the subjects and get qualified still have a chance as they can appear for the supplementary examination of those subjects conducted by DGE, TN. Once the result will be declared, the application for the supplementary examinations will be made available for the students on the official website of the board and need to submitted there itself along with fees. The information regarding the fee and schedule will be available once the result will be declared.

TN 10th Re-checking and re-evaluation

Apart from the result declaration, the board will also announce the re-checking and re-evaluation process start date along with the charges involved. So if any students have any doubt regarding their marks, then he/she can opt for revaluation of the marks of those particular subjects.
