Divvya Chouksey Biography

Divvya Chouksey was born on November 14, 1990, in Bhopal. She was 29 years old at the time of her death. She was born to a famous consumer lawyer, Mohan Chouksey. She is survived by her parent, a sister Pallavi Chouksey, who is also a lawyer and a brother, Mayank Chouksey.

Divvya was 5’7” tall with brown eyes and black hair. She was single and unmarried.

Divvya completed her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Bhopal, while she graduated in Mass Communication from Delhi. For further studies, she went to Bedfordshire, UK, where she completed her Masters in Documentary Filmmaking.

Divvya has done shows on MTV including ‘MTV Making’ and ‘MTV True Life’. She had also participated in Miss India UK contest and emerge as the second runner up. She had also participated in ‘I Am She Miss Universe’ in 2012.

She made her debut on the big screen in 2016 with the movie ‘Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara’. She was also seen in several TV serials and featured in many advertisements as well. She released her song ‘Patiyaale Di Queen’ in 2018 in which she was a singer, model, and lyricist as well.

Apart from all this, she was also a trained dancer of Kathak, Ballroom, and Salsa. She had also inked tattoos on her body. She loved travelling and spending time with friends. She was also an animal lover.

She died due to cancer on July 12, 2020. Before her death, she bid adieu to her fans by sharing a heartfelt note on her Instagram story and wished another life with no suffering.
