The romantic-comedy film ‘Jai Mummy Di’ starring Sonnalli Seygall and Sunny Singh is all set to entertain the audience on TV as Sony Max is going to have its World Television Premiere on July 19^th i.e. Sunday at 12 noon. The film was released theatrically released in India on 17 January 2020 and couldn’t outperform as the plot was somewhat common as compared to its competitors.

Apart from the super-hit duo of Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 i.e. Sunny and Sonnalli, the romantic comedy also features Supriya Pathak and Poonam Dhillon in pivotal roles. The movie has been directed by Navjot Gulati and bankrolled by Luv Films while distributed by T-Series.

The light-hearted comedy film revolves around Saanjh Bhalla (Sonnalli Seygall) and Puneet Khanna (Sunny Singh) who are secret high-school sweethearts along with being next-door neighbors. However, their respective mothers Pinky (Poonam Dhillon) and Laali (Supriya Pathak) are always at loggerheads which turns out to be the biggest hurdles in their relationship. The movie is all about the hurdles and situations the two had to face to be with each other.
