Violet Evergarden Movie Release Date: Kyoto Animation official website just released a second full trailer for the upcoming Violet Evergarden The Movie. Violet Evergarden is based on a light novel of the same name written by Kana Akatsuki. A 13 episode anime series was released in 2018 which was loved by everyone. The show was a spectacle, both in terms of visuals and content. Fans really loved every minute of the storytelling that was presented to them. It is one of the most emotional anime of all time and if you can bear the slow-burning pace this anime is definitely for you.
Violet Evergarden Movie Plot
The story revolves around a war-doll named Violet. It is her story of reintegrating back into society after the war. She is employed as an Auto Memory Dolls, who are used to write letters for others. The story is of Violet searching for her life purpose after the war as she is no longer a soldier and that is the only thing she knows. She will also go on a journey to find the meaning of “Love” that her major told her. The journey will be full of emotional moments one after another and will definitely leave you in tears.
Violet Evergarden Movie Release Date
Initially, the movie was supposed to release on April 24, 2020, but due to the COVID pandemic, the movie was delayed to September 18, 2020 release. The movie will release in Japenese theaters next week and for all the fans theaters will offer a tray and popcorn bag. The movie will be available to stream after it will get taken off from the theaters.
As of now the streaming details of the movie are not available, but considering anime was streamed on Netflix the movie should be available there too.
