The story of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo revolves around Bantu, who is a trained middle-class man who is unloved and is many times neglected by his father, Valmiki. The twist in the story is that Bantu doesn’t know is that he’s the son of a businessman swapped by Valmiki with his son because Valmiki wanted to give his son a chance to get the final comfortable life. A violent incident that takes place brings Bantu closer to the truth, upon learning which he decides to enter Vaikunthapurram, the home of his birth parents, and eventually confront those who threaten his family.
