How fast will my press release go live?
Most releases go live within 48 hours of approval. Global Wire typically publishes within 24–48 hours, and Premium Wire includes same-day priority publishing for orders approved before 12:00 PM US Eastern on business days. Directory submissions take about two weeks.
Is publication guaranteed?
We guarantee that your approved release is submitted to every outlet in your package, and you only receive a report of real, live placements. Publishers keep final editorial control, so a small number may decline a story. If your release cannot be submitted at all, you receive a full refund.
What happens if a publisher edits my release?
Publishers may adjust headlines, formatting or summaries to meet their style. If an edit changes the meaning of your release, we share it with you for approval first.
Do you offer white-label reports?
Yes. White-label reports are included with Premium Wire and agency packs, and cost $29 as an add-on for other plans.
Can I edit my release after it is published?
Once distributed, releases cannot be edited across the network. Please check your final proof carefully. Removal requests can be processed for a $199 fee, subject to publisher cooperation.
