Editorial guidelines
Standards that keep every release publishable
Our partners publish what we send because we review everything first. Here is what we accept, what we restrict and how to format your release.
Formatting
- Headline under 110 characters; no ALL CAPS, emojis or excessive punctuation.
- Written in the third person, with a dateline (city, date).
- Newsworthy: a launch, partnership, funding, appointment, event, award, study or milestone.
- Facts and figures must be accurate and, where possible, sourced.
- Include an “About” boilerplate and a real media contact.
- Links limited by package; links must go to safe, working pages.
Accepted with restrictions
- Crypto & Web3: products, protocols, partnerships, NFTs and blockchain services are accepted. Price predictions, returns, trading signals and “buy now” language are not.
- Health & wellness: no claims to cure, treat or prevent disease without clinical evidence; studies must name the source.
- Finance: forward-looking statements need a disclaimer; no guaranteed returns.
- iGaming, CBD & nutraceuticals: only on publisher-approved lists, with required disclaimers and geo-restrictions.
Not accepted
- Adult or sexually explicit content and adult services.
- Hate speech, harassment, violence or discrimination.
- Negative press, attacks or unverified claims about people, brands or competitors.
- Political campaigning, election content and content on behalf of government agencies (by quote only).
- Illegal products or services, weapons, counterfeit goods, hacking or piracy.
- Get-rich-quick schemes, MLM recruitment, fake reviews or misleading offers.
- Plagiarised, AI-spun or previously distributed content without rights.
If your release needs changes, our editors will suggest edits for your approval. If it cannot be accepted at all, you receive a full refund.
