In this petition, the Tihar Jail Administration has been accused of harassing and demanded the credentials from the investigating agency, on this, mentioning the petition before the Registrar General has also requested a quick hearing.

It is believed that due to the execution of the hanging on Friday morning, the Supreme Court can hear Mukesh’s petition on Thursday only.

On the other hand, due to this petition of Mukesh, the Patiala House Court of Delhi has postponed the hearing on the appeal in which the counsel for the convicts has requested to be delayed due to the pending case.
