Maharashtra HSC Result 2020: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is going to declare Maharashtra HSC results by 1st week of July. The result will be declared in online mode at its official website at mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in or mahresult.nic.in. To check their result, students are required to enter the roll number and mother’s first name. Hence, students are required to be prepared with their roll number handy as the result can be out any time soon.

The Maharashtra Board HSC exams were conducted from February 18 to March 18. Over 15 lakh students had registered for the examination, out of which, 14,21,936 students appeared for the exam. After the result declaration, the students who will qualify the examinations can collect their original mark sheet from their respective schools while those who will fail to qualify can appear for the supplementary examinations.

In order to qualify the examinations, students are required to obtain at least 35marks in each subject. Students can also check their HSC result 2020 Maharashtra board using an SMS facility. Last year the Maharashtra state board HSC result was announced in the month of May-June, however, this year the schedule is deferred due to the nationwide lockdown imposed by the government to combat the COVID-19 outbreak.

  • Enter roll number and mother’s name in the appropriate fields and click on “Submit”

  • Take a printout or screenshot of the same and keep it safe for further references

Students can also check their Maharashtra HSC result 2020 via SMS by following the below-mentioned steps:

  • Type an SMS in this format: MHHSCSEAT NO.
  • Now send it to 57766.
  • HSC result of Maharashtra board is sent on the same number as SMS.

Re-checking and re-evaluation:

If any student has any doubt regarding their marks, then he/she can opt for revaluation of the marks of those particular subjects along with the fee. Students can also obtain a copy of their evaluated answer book. For both, you have to apply by filling a verification/ re-evaluation form of Maharashtra board HSC result 2020 along with the defined application fee.

Supplementary examination:

Students who failed to clear all the subjects and get qualified still have a chance as they can appear for the supplementary examination of those subjects conducted by the board.
