In the trailer, what we see is that Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez and Melinda May are both looking for Daisy’s mother, who is also the main antagonist in the series “Jiaying”. The title of the episode is named “After, Before”. But what we find is Jiaying is in her afterlife, it is not made manifest through the promo of how that happened. But it seems as if the team has traveled back in time before her death by the end of season 2, the character of Jiaying has been resurrected.
If this happens, it is going to be one big twist of the series! Another interesting detail that came up if you see the promo is that “Jiaying” here doesn’t have any marks or scars, which also raises the question of what timeline exactly did Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez and Melinda May end up in? If you don’t remember how Jiaying dies, don’t worry, we have it sorted. At the end of season 2, Jiaying tries to kill her daughter “Daisy” because of her ultimate quest to rid humans. But she couldn’t do it because Daisy’s father, Calvin Zabo, intervenes at the moment, and he kills her.

When asked in an interview, Chloe Bennet, who plays the character of Daisy, said that the fans would be satisfied when the show ends. She also mentioned that the show’s ending would not be like “Game Of Thrones” were fans weren’t happy with the end.
As the series is coming to its finale, the excitement is building up, and fans expect an end that will quench their thirst for a satisfying ending. There are still many things that have to unfold before the show ends, but that’s its beauty; it is building and taking the fans to a journey wherein they can complete the show with answering all their question. And when Chloe said that the show would have a satisfying end, we’re taking her word for it, no doubt!
