Assam CEE 2020 Examinations: The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has postponed the Assam Combined Entrance Examinations (CEE). As per the revised dates, the Assam CEE 2020 is now scheduled to be held on September 20, 2020.

The official notification released by ASTU states that the board has decided to reschedule the exam to September 20 considering the prevailing situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Assam Combined Entrance Examinations will be conducted in offline mode i.e. OMR based from 11 am to 2 pm on September 20. The candidates who have applied for the examinations can access the Assam CEE Admit Card 2020 from September 15 onwards from the official website of ASTU i.e. and can be downloaded till the date of examination.

The official notification also states that the Assam CEE 2020 examination’s result will be declared on or before September 30. Any change in the schedule will be informed prior to the examination date via a separate notification, as said in the notification of ASTU.

Earlier, the Assam CEE 2020 examination was scheduled to be held on August 2, 2020, while the admit card was scheduled to release on July 20, however, it was postponed in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic. The last date to apply for Assam CEE 2020 was June 20.

Assam Combined Entrance Examination is conducted every year for admission of the students of undergraduate engineering programs offered by participating institutes of Assam CEE.

The Assam CEE examination question paper comprises of 3 subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics carrying 120 questions. There will be a single paper of 3 hours’ duration. The questions in the examinations will be of MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) type. The examination will be based on the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) Syllabus.
