The manga is set six years after the Dragon Head Rush conflict. As suddenly over 500 people with supernatural powers were found dead and the cause of the deaths is presumed to be suicide. But the case is not as simple as it is looking as Armed Detective Agency has been handed a task to find and capture Shibusawa Tatsuhiko who is considered to be behind all these deaths. He is a mysterious ability user. Things took a turn for worst when Dazai disappears and Fyodor took this chance to come out. The city of Yokohama is in a really bad situation which can completely destroy the world and all the supernatural power possessors are threatened as there is an onslaught by some really powerful enemies. When Atsushi and Kyuoka infiltrate Shibusawa’s fortress they meet Akutagawa, who tells them something that really shook them down to the core and might even change the Armed Detective Agency from its core.
