DharmaYogi is a 2016 Indian Tamil-language political action thriller movie that is written and directed by R. S. Durai Senthilkumar and is produced by Vetrimaaran under his banner Grass Root Film Company. This is the first movie in which the lead actors who have come together for the movie, they are Dhanush and Trisha. Kodi marks the Tamil debut of Anupama Parameshwaran. Dhanush played a dual role for the first time in his career.

Dharma Yogi Plot
The story is a political plot and Kodi is born with politics in his family, his father being a low-rung party worker. his father sets himself up on fire and Kodi’s twin brother is the complete opposite of Kodi. even his girlfriend Rudhra is in a ruling party she is also in politics since her childhood. this time now marks the entry fo Malathi and Anbu, where Anbu falls in love with Malathi. And then Malathi tells him her village pathetic condition due to the factory’s mercury waste, which Anbu then tells Kodi.
Kodi meets Thalaivar says that they will take the entire matter in their hands. Meanwhile, Kodi comes in possession of documents relating to the factory, from which he comes to know that his party member Marimuthu and the whole party are responsible for what has happened to the villagers. when he shares this information with Rudhra she shares this news in front of all the villagers which causes shame to Kodi’s party. A misunderstanding occurs when the party things she and Kodi are together in a relationship. things go a little haywire is the initial plot of the movie and the rest follows.
