Food Wars! Shokugeki No Soma Episode 10: The restart of the fifth season of Food Wars! Shokugeki No Soma just restarted it broadcast on July 3. The official site announced that the new episodes will be out from 17 July. As of now, 9 episodes of the fifth season of Food Wars have been released and with 10th episode being scheduled to be released on September 4, 2020. The show has become one of the fan-favorite at this point and when it was restarted every fan was happy. And now a new piece of information is that Yuko Kaida will also join the cast. She will also be the part of season 5 as Sona Yukihira’s mother Tamako Yukihira. It was revealed in the Weekly Shounen Jump magazine. The magazine also revealed that it was Maaya Sakamoto who voices the character of Mana Nakiri.

Erina wins the tournament match easily. Megumi is now in her match against Noir Huang Zuiwang and the theme is to make a dish that can be made in 15 minutes. Huang’s specialty is to use all the knowledge of poisons of his family to create seasonings for the food. Megumi beats Huang by making a Chinese lunch platter. After the first round, everyone decides to ask the Bookmaster why Erina was treated so harshly and it was revealed that Bookmaster is Erina’s mother Mana Nakiri and it was revealed that she left Erina because of her Godtongue which doesn’t allow her to tolerate the food taste.
The next round starts and Takumi is facing Erina and Megumi is facing Asahi. Asahi taunts Erina that only he can make a dish to satisfy the Godtongue and Megumi challenges Asahi with her friendship with Erina on the line. Asahi won the match and on the other hand, Erina also wins the match. Asahi once again starts taunting Erina when Soma said that his overconfidence will let him down and he won’t win this tournament.

The 10th episode of the fifth season of Food Wars will release on September 4, 2020. Episode 10 will be titled as Surpassing Dads. A new episode is released every Friday if there is no delay in the schedule.
