Frank J. Gaffney Jr. going by the name Frank Gaffney is an American anti-Muslim conspiracy theorist. Also, he is the founder and President of a center for security policy.
From the early 1970s till 1980 he worked for the federal government at several posts, indulging himself as assistant secretary of Defense for international security affairs throughout the Reagan administration.

Gaffney was born on April 5, 1953, to Frank J. Gaffney Sr. and Virginia Reed in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He grew in the environment of protests in the city which was alleged for gaining control of American institutions and re-writing American history.

Gaffney junior graduated from Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in 1975.
He also got his degree from Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
Frank Gaffney career
He served as an aide at the beginning of his career in the federal government in the early 1970s in the office of Democratic Senator Henry M. Jackson, under Richard Perle.
Gaffney served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary from August 1983 of Defense for Nuclear Forces and Arms Control Policy in the Reagan Administration. Frank held this office under Perle.
He was recommended for the position of Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs for his dedicated work. He then served as the acting Assistant Secretary for seven months.
During this time, notwithstanding, he was debarred from his official post by senior Reagan administration officials from the then-ongoing arms control talks with The Soviet Union. This led to the eviction from the pentagon Gaffney contributed to the conservative media site Newsmax. He wrote for the Washington times from 2012 to 2016, and the Jewish world review from 2000 to 2013.
He is also the host of Secure Freedom Radio, a nationally-syndicated radio program.
In 1988, Gaffney established the Center for Security Policy (CSP), a Washington, D.C.-based national security think tank that is widely described as engaging in conspiracy theorizing by a range of individuals, media outlets, and organizations.
Its activities are focused on exposing and researching perceived jihadist threats to the United States. On March 16, 2016, Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz
announced he would name Frank Gaffney to be one of his National Security Advisors. Cruz said that Gaffney “is a serious thinker who has been focused on fighting jihadists, fighting jihadism across the globe“.
By far this age of 68, he’s been single and has no previous relationships and children. He has always been kind to some members of Republican political candidates including Allen West, Chris Myers, and Jon Kyl.
He also was an executive producer of the documentary Islam vs. Islamists: Voices from the Muslim Center.
About “The Renewal” event
This “not a political event” according to the press release, focuses on the renewal of the age-old American Covenant made with God. The renewal is referred to as a day filled with heritage, history, faith, praise, and worship.
There will be speakers from different fields like entertainment, military, politics, will speak about faith and God. The importance of America’s Covenant with God will be discussed while the top singers will indulge in worship.
To spread the significance of the covenant, this event will be telecasted on national television. Also, a simulcast will be made available online for people to view.
Also, there will be a color guard marching band performing at the event. Earlier, on September 26, 2020, an event called The Return: National and Global Day of Prayer and Repentance happened. It was held in Washington made 250,000 people attend.
According to a biblical template, The Renewal is the next step after The Return. Kevin Jessip, President at Global Strategic
Alliance inc. said, “The Renewal is about restoring our covenant with God,” adding, “It started with The Return with repentance, now we’re going through reconciliation and restoration, which is renewing the covenant we broke with Almighty God. In The
Renewal, we are saying, ‘Lord, have mercy on us in the midst of the redemptive judgments happening.’”
