Guru HarKrishan Sahib ji Jayanti Wishes & WhatsApp Status Images Wallpapers: Guru Har Krishan Sahib was the 8th of the 10 Sikh Gurus, at the age of 5 he became the youngest Guru in Sikhism on the 7th of October 1661. He is also known as Bal Guru, which is sometimes spelled in Sikh literature, known as Hari Krishan Sahib.

In the Sikh tradition, he is known for saying “Baba Bakale” before he died of smallpox in 1664. His reign lasted only for a short period, two years, five months, and 24 days, but still even today, he is remembered and praised by the Sikhs today.

Guru Har Krishan Sahib was born on the 23rd of July 1656 in Kiratpur Sahib, Rupnagar, Punjab, India. He was born to Guru Har Rai and Kishan dei, also known as Mata Sulakhni. On his death bed, Guru Har Krishan Sahib said only two words, “Baba Bakale,” which indicated that his next successor would be found in the Bakale village. Then his granduncle Guru Tegh Bahadur became the next Guru of the community.
