The 79-year-old President held a printed cue card in his left hand during his White House news briefing on Monday, which contained anticipated questions along with their answers.

Several reporters at the briefing asked President Biden questions to address his remarks regarding ousting the President of Russia at a speech in front of the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Poland, on Saturday.

“Tough Putin Q&A Talking Points” -read cue card title

Photos from the Monday conference have revealed what was written in President Biden’s ‘cheat sheet’, which was titled ‘Tough Putin Q&A Talking Points. Photos revealed a number of anticipated questions and their answers were printed on the card held by Biden.

‘If you weren’t advocating for regime change, what did you mean? Can you clarify?’- read a question from the note.

The prepared answer read, ‘I was expressing the moral outrage I felt towards the actions of this man. I was not articulating a change in policy.’

Biden & Putin

Biden clarified that he wasn’t seeking a policy change to oust the Russian President, instead, he was only expressing his outrage at the actions of Putin.

‘It’s more an aspiration than anything. He shouldn’t be in power. There’s no — I mean, people like this shouldn’t be ruling countries, but they do. The fact is they do, but it doesn’t mean I can’t express my outrage about it,’ -Biden said.

“I was talking to the Russian people. The last part of the speech was talking to the Russian people, telling them what we thought,” -he told reporters.

Another anticipated question from Biden’s notes was regarding Canadian President Emmanuel Macron’s reaction to Biden’s recent gaffe, and the unity of NATO, to which the President’s ready answer stated, “No, NATO has never been more unified.

“I carry this card with me”

This is not the first time that Joe Biden has been noticed holding cue cards for major conferences. The US President has often been photographed clutching cue cards in past events.

Biden frequently carried notes containing daily totals of COVID cases in his pocket, which he referred to on a regular basis.

He also used similar ”cheat-sheets’ to deliver specific details during a Town Hall before the election, when answering a question about taxes. “I carry this card with me” -Biden said, referring to the card.

Biden's Cue Cards

During his first presidential press conference, Joe Biden used several cheat sheets, including one with the headshots and names of reporters he planned to call on.

Biden also used notes during a 2021 summit with Putin, while touring Hurricane Ida damage in Louisiana, and when speaking to reporters at the G20 summit in Rome.

‘I’ll take your questions, and as usual, folks, they gave me a list of the people I’m going to call on,’ Biden told the media assembled at the November forum.

Joe Biden’s “cognitive decline” is a “threat to national security” -says Kentucky Senator

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul was quick to deem President Biden is in a state of “cognitive decline” after pictures of Biden referencing cue cards to answer press questions surfaced recently.

“A lot of times when you’re around somebody who’s in cognitive decline, you find yourself trying to help them with a sentence, trying to help them complete it – but we shouldn’t have to do that for the commander-in-chief,’ -the Kentucky Senator told Fox News.

”And, it is actually a national security risk because he’s sending signals that no one in their right mind would want to send to Russia at this point.” -he added. Other Republicans took to social media handles to bash Joe Biden for referencing cue cards.

Conservative Jake Schneider tweeted, “Biden had to have “I was not articulating a change in policy” written verbatim on a notecard so he wouldn’t screw it up… and he still screwed it up” along with a picture of the card in Biden’s hand.

Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany replied to Schneider’s tweet from her handle, saying, “I can’t believe this is the President’s pocket card! I’m surprised it didn’t start with: “Hi, my name is President Biden….”

Another Twitter user wrote, “Our @POTUS, Joe Biden, is just walking around on eggshells, reading cue cards his handlers provide, ‘If he EVER had a backbone, he can’t remember where he put it.’

Another added: ‘Scary. Democrats put us in this precarious situation. This is the most dangerous the world has been in decades due to Democrats and Biden.’ Another said that Biden was ‘living in an alternate universe totally detached from reality.’

“This man cannot remain in power” -Biden on Putin

President Biden recently made headlines when he said that Russian President Vladimir Putin “cannot remain in power” during his speech in Poland on Saturday.

He later said that he wasn’t indicating a policy change, rather, he was indicating that Putin should not be allowed to exercise power over neighbouring countries. Biden still stands firm with his statement though.

“I was expressing the moral outrage I felt … I had just come from being with those families. But I want to be clear that I wasn’t then, nor am I now, articulating a policy change,” he said. “I make no apologies for it,” he added, of his remarks on Saturday.

Biden made another significant gaffe on Friday when he told US troops in Poland that they shall witness Ukrainian bravery “when you’re there”. President Biden made this remark while addressing the members of the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division on Friday.

“You’re going to see when you’re there, and some of you have been there, you’re gonna see — you’re gonna see women, young people standing in the middle in front of a damned tank just saying, ‘I’m not leaving, I’m holding my ground,’” Biden said.

An official from the White House later clarified that the President wasn’t intending to change his stance on deploying the US military into war-torn Ukraine.

Biden also recently became a major subject of disdain for suggesting using nuclear weapons in case Russia uses theirs.
