Meghalaya Board (MBOSE) SSLC Result 2020 to be declared soon

The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) is going to announce the MBOSE SSLC result 2020 soon in online mode at the official website of the state board i.e. mbose.in, megresults.nic.in.

However, there isn’t any formal announcement regarding the date of the declaration of the MBOSE SSLC result 2020. After the declaration of the MBOSE SSLC result 2020, students can check their results by visiting the State Board’s official website and log in using their roll number.

Around 45000 students appeared for the Meghalaya Board SSLC examinations this year. The MBOSE SSLC examinations 2020 were conducted between March 4 to March 16, 2020, by the state board.

Apart from online mode, students will also be able to access the Meghalaya Board SSLC result 2020 through SMS facility as well.

Last year, the result for the MBOSE SSLC examinations announced in the month of May.

However, this year the schedule for the result declaration of the State Board has been deferred due to the nationwide lockdown imposed by the Government of India to combat the widespread of the novel coronavirus pandemic.

With the ongoing relaxation in the lockdown, it is expected that the MBOSE SSLC result 2020 will be announced soon within the month of July.

Students who have appeared for MBOSE SSLC examinations 2020 can check their result online by following the below-mentioned steps:

Visit the official website of the Meghalaya Board i.e. mbose.in, megresults.nic.in
On the homepage click on the link which says ‘MBOSE Class 10 examinations result 2020’
Key in your roll number and click on ‘Submit’
MBOSE class 10 result 2020 will be available on the screen
Download and save the result for future reference.

How to check the Meghalaya Board (MBOSE) SSLC Result 2020 via SMS?

Students who have appeared for the MBOSE SSLC examinations 2020 can check their result via SMS by following the below-mentioned steps:

MG10<space>roll number and send it to 58888.
MBOSE10<space>roll number and send it to 56263

You will receive your scorecard on the same number.

Meghalaya Board SSLC result 2020 will contain the student’s personal details, marks secured, and rank obtained. MBOSE SSLC result 2020 declared online will be provisional in nature and students need to visit their respective schools to collect their original mark sheet.

Re-checking and Re-evaluation:

If any student thinks that his/her marks are not as per his/her expectation, then he/she can apply for re-checking and re-evaluation of his/her answer sheets. After the declaration of the result, the details and instruction regarding applying for re-checking and/or re-evaluation of their answer sheets will be available on the official website of the board.

Supplementary Examination:

If any student fails to qualify in any one or two of the subjects, then he/she is allowed to appear in the supplementary examinations conducted by the board to save the year of the students. In order to apply for the supplementary examination, students will have to fill the application form and submit through their respective schools along with the application fee.
