The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the new exam dates for the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE) 2020. According to the official notification, the NCHM Joint Entrance Examination 2020 is going to be held on August 29, 2020, the evening shift i.e. from 3 pm to 6 pm. The exam will be conducted in online mode only.
NCHMCT JEE 2020 New Exam Date, & Admit Card
Earlier, the NCHM- JEE 2020 was scheduled to be conducted on June 22, 2020. However, considering the situation amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the government’s guidelines, the exams were postponed to ensure the safety of the candidates as well as examiners.
The admit card for the NCHM- JEE is going to be released 15 days prior to the examinations and so we can expect the NCHM- JEE admit card to be out around August 14, 2020, tentatively. The admit card will be released on its official website i.e. nchmjee.nta.nic.in

NCHM- JEE 2020 Exam Pattern
The NCHM- JEE 2020 entrance exam will be a computer-based test of 3 hours’ duration. There will be a total of 200 questions. The exam will be conducted in both Hindi and English mediums. The NCHMCT JEE exam will be divided into 5 categories:
- Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude
- Reasoning and Logical Deduction
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs
- Aptitude for Service Sector
- English Language
NCHM- JEE 2020 Marking Scheme
The candidate will score 4 marks for every correct answer in the entrance examination, however, 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
As the exam is going to be held amid coronavirus pandemic, there will be special instructions that are required to be followed during the examination. Hence, the students are advised to keep visiting the official website nchmjee.nta.nic.in, regularly to stay updated regarding the announcement related to the entrance examination.
National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE) which is also called NCHM JEE is a national-level entrance exam that is conducted for the students seeking admission in hospitality and hotel administration courses. There are 71 participating institutes under NCHMCT JEE which offer admission to the candidates based on their performance in NCHMCT JEE.
