Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare Release Date, Preview, Cast, and Other Details: Another pretty famous romantic manga is getting an anime adaptation. Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare is an upcoming anime film based on a shojo manga of the same name. The anime is written by Io Sakisaka. The manga had an original run from June 13, 2015, to May 13, 2019. The manga had total of 12 volumes. The anime adaptation movie was set to release on May 29, 2020, but now it has been delayed. The manga is also getting a live-action adaptation set to be released on August 14, 2020. The new trailer that was released a week ago really gave an all-around shojo anime vibes. The movie is going to be a happy place for all the fans who love the Shojo genre.
Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare Plot
The story focuses on two girls named Yuna and Akari. Yuna is a shy girl who loves Shojo manga but has not been in a relationship ever and Akari is a realistic girl who doesn’t have any unreal expectations. Both of them meet during a train ride and became friends when Akari returns the money she borrowed from Yuna for the train ride and later finds out that they both lives in the same building. The main focus is on their attitude towards love, which is the complete opposite of each other.
On one hand, Yuna just wants a fairytale love story that will involve his prince charming and all. On the other hand, Akari is realistic when it comes to love. Things get complicated when Yuna falls in love with Akari’s brother Rio, who won’t reject anyone as long as the girl is cute and Akari falls for Yuna’s childhood friend Kazuomi who really doesn’t understand love and have no idea about it. There will be lots of hardships in their love story and it will be an emotional ride throughout the movie.

The film was set to be released on May 29, 2020, but due to the COVID pandemic situation in Japan and throughout the world, the movie has been postponed to September 18, 2020. There should not be another delay, but during these times, saying anything is impossible, if there is a change in schedule, we will update it here for you.

The cast of the movie was already announced with all four major cast members were revealed.

- Rio Yamamoto Voiced by: Nobunaga Shimazaki(Also voiced Satoru Furuya in Ace Of Diamond)
- Kazuomi Inui Voiced by: Sōma Saitō(Also voiced Tatsumi in Akame Ga Kill)
The cast of the series is really solid. Every cast member has voiced at least one major character from a big anime.
The movie will be directed by Toshimasa Kuroyanagi and Erika Yoshida will handle the scripts. Yuu Yamashita will handle the script and Yuuji Nomi is the music composer with A-1 Pictures producing the film.
