Following his college education, Ciattarelli worked as a financial analyst at a pharmaceutical company before establishing his insurance agency, Galen Insurance Agency, LLC. He also owns Galen Publishing, LLC, a medical publishing company. In 2011, Ciattarelli successfully ran for the New Jersey General Assembly.
