Katrina Kaif, & Siddhant Chaturvedi’s Phone Bhoot Trailer, Cast, & Release Date

Phone Bhoot: Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter: ‘One-stop shop for all bhoot related problems’, this is what the first look of Phone Bhoot says. The horror-comedy starring Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Ishaan Khatter have been announced on Monday.

Phone Bhoot will be directed by Gurmmeet Singh and bankrolled by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under their banner Excel Entertainment. The movie is written by Ravi Shankaran and Jasvinder Singh Bath and is scheduled for a 2021 release.

Farhan Akhtar took to Twitter to share the first look of his upcoming production on Monday by tweeting ‘The one-stop-shop for all bhoot-related problems, #PhoneBhoot ringing in your nearest cinema in 2021.’  The first look of the Phone Bhoot which sees the trio dressed in tuxedos and with a surprised expression on their face.

The first look was also shared by the actors as well on their Twitter accounts. Sharing the poster, Katrina Kaif wrote, “The one-stop-shop for all bhoot related problems, Phone Bhoot ringing in cinemas in 2021.”

While sharing the first look for the film, Ishaan Khattar hilariously revealed that the shoot for the poster was done in March. He tweeted, “Vaise bhooton pe lockdown laagu Nahi Hota lekin yeh tasveer March se hi locked thi. Aakhir aa hi gaye bhutani ke. Now back to exorcising.”

The third main lead of Phone Bhoot, Siddhant Chaturvedi also announced the film differently. He tweeted, “Triple trouble in bhoot world! Darna allowed hai, as long as you’re laughing along the way.”

The shooting for the movie will start from the fourth quarter of this year and is slated to release in the year 2021. The first look and the genre raises curiosity among us all and we are excited to know what exactly the movie is bringing for us.

On the work front, Ishaan Khatter’s ‘The Suitable Boy’ is going to release on Netflix. He will also be seen in Khaali Peeli with Ananya Pandey. Katrina Kaif will be seen in Sooryavanshi, opposite Akshay Kumar while Siddhant Chaturvedi’s upcoming film is Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Shakun Batra’s next untitled project.
