The story revolves around a couple who are tasked with raising human children on Kepler-22b. This couple is “two androids” and live on Kepler-22b after Earth was destroyed in a great war. One thing that the androids learn that controlling the belief of humans a problematic task. And they threaten the burgeoning colony that it is tearing itself apart by religious differences.
