The semi-detached pilot was screened back in 2019, thanks to the fans and the critics we are now getting a full series. Lee Mack, the comedian behind Not Going Back, is launching a new sitcom on the BBC. But this one is not like a regular on it is unlike Mack’s other work, Semi-Detached will have in real-time.

Semi-detached release date and where to watch

The show will be aired on the BBC One channel on the 6th of August 2020 at 10 pm. A few other stars will also join Lee Mack in the show, and it will be exciting to watch. The pilot of the show was broadcasted on the 26th of July at 11:05 pm on the BBC two-channel.

Semi-detached cast

-Semi-Detached stars Lee Mack as Stuart, who is a failing wedding DJ and his life in suburbia spirals down the road. As well as Not Going Out, you might know Lee Mack from the panel shows Would I Lie to You and Have I Got News for You?

-Ellie White, also known as the Princess Beatrice of York in The Windsors, will star as Stuart’s partner called April.

-Neil Fitzmaurice, who is Jeff from Peep Show, will star as jailbird brother Charlie.

-Samantha Spiro as Stuart’s ex-wife,

-Chewing Gum’s Sarah Hoare as her teenage daughter Madonna

-Patrick Baladi as Kate’s husband, Ted.

-Geoff McGivern from the Peep Show

-Clive Russell from the Game of Thrones. 

Semi Detached Plot & Trailer

Semi-detached follows the life of a DJ whose life is going down the road, and he is failing miserably at his job. The series then kicks off when his very young girlfriend goes into labor, and he is forced to call his wife to get to the hospital.

Semi-detached total episodes?

Semi-detached will have a total of 6 episodes in the series. The series will be released on the 6th of August 2020 at 10:05 pm sharp on the BBC two television channels. The show will air every Tuesday and will follow once a week patter. All the episodes are penned down by David Crow and Oliver Maltman.

It will be exciting to watching the funny story of Lee getting his life together while holding on to his ex-wife and now his pregnant girlfriend.
