Stranger season 2, episode 5 and 6 recaps

Episode 5 starts when Yeo Jin tries very hard to explain to Chief Choi the possibilities of Sergeant Song Gi Hyeon’s death was a murder. Choi believes that the problem is running out of hands, and on the other hand, Jin tries to take permission to meet up with Lee Dang Seong at the Anyang Correctional Institution. In the meantime, Si Mok is seen having a conversation with the prosecutor about the case demanding a warrant. Meanwhile, Jae asks her employees to vote for her as the next CEO.

A few things follow up in between, but in the end, we see Si Mok asks the chief to speak to the reporters about how a police representative has goofed up and got sued for all the wrong investigations. The chief gets too annoyed, but Si Mok keeps on pressing the issue. He says, “You were directly involved in the case about Assemblyman Nam’s corruption and covering it up. And that is the reason why you have to run here, while the one was sued didn’t”. Woo denies all the allegations and later gets a call from the prosecutor.
