Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Over a month has been passed since Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14, however, the mystery behind his death still remains a mystery. The Mumbai police are already probing the case, while the Patna police have too joined the probe after the late actor’s father has filed a complaint in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and five others accusing them of abetment of suicide among other crimes.

Since the day Bihar police came into action, there has been a new revelation with each passing day. The most recent happened on Monday when Sushant’s father Mr. Krishna Kishore Singh released a video statement claiming that he has reported the Bandra police regarding the threat to his son’s life back in February. He again approached them after Sushant’s death, however, as there was no action from their side, he was compelled to approach the Bihar police.

He said in the video that he informed Bandra Police on February 25 that the life of his son was in danger who died on June 14 and he asked them to act against people in his complaint. No action was taken even 40 days after, so he filed FIR in Patna and Patna Police swung into action.

He further added that the accused is running away and Patna police need help. He thanked Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and state minister Sanjay Jha for their support.
Earlier, the family lawyer of Rajput’s said that the family of Sushant isn’t happy with the ongoing investigation by Mumbai police and hence registered an FIR in Patna, Bihar.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai police chief Parambir Singh said that they have recorded the statement of Sushant’s father, sister, and brother-in-law on 16 June, however, none of them complained at that time. The Mumbai police are investigating the case from every angle professional, personal, and others.
The Mumbai police have also rejected his claims of having filed a complaint in February at a press conference on Monday. Shahji Umap, Deputy Commissioner (Operations), said that KK Singh has released a video statement saying that the family made a written complaint to Bandra police on 25 February, however, no such complaint has been registered with the Bandra police.
He further said that IPS officer OP Singh who is the brother-in-law of late Sushant Singh Rajput has sent WhatsApp messages to the then DCP Zone 9 regarding this matter. However, the then DGP has told him that a written complaint is required and on being asked to resolve it informally, the DGP has clearly told him that it was impossible.
Earlier, Sushant’s father filed a 6-page FIR with Patna police against Rhea Chakraborty and five others, accusing them of instigation of suicide along with other crimes. KK Singh has alleged that Rs 15 crore has been transferred from Sushant’s Bank account in Kotak Mahindra to some other accounts which are not related to him and Rhea along with some of her family members mentally harassed his son.
