The Misfit of Demon King Academy Episode 2 Release Date, Preview, and Spoilers: The first episode of The Misfit of a Demon King was released on July 4, 2020. It is produced by Siler Link Production with director Masafumi Tamura.

The anime is based on a light novel series of the same name which is written by Shu. The online serialization of the novel began in April 2017, with the first chapter being released on March 10, 2018. Soon after that, the novel was picked up by Kayaharuk for manga production, and the first chapter of manga was released on November 10, 2018, just 8 months after the online serialization of the first chapter of the novel.
The anime was announced on October 6, 2019, with the anime being scheduled to release in April 2020. But the series was delayed due to the COVID pandemic and was postponed to July 4, 2020.

The Misfit of Demon King Academy Plot
The story of the anime revolves around the Demon King named Anos Voldigard. He is powerful but is clumsy when it’s about nurturing future candidates for Demon Lord. With the war going on for so long, Anoth gets tired of all the bloodbath and fighting and wanted some peace, so he reincarnates himself 2000 years in the future. But, a shocking truth is waiting for him in the future. The people of the future are so used to peace that resulted in the weakening of magical powers which left his descendants weak and vulnerable.
The Misfit Of A Demon King Episode 1: Recap
In the first episode, we are introduced to two of the three main characters. First is Misha Necron, who is going to the Demon King Academy for the entrance exam. She is stopped by a guy who gave her the letter she dropped, They both were entering the academy together suddenly another guy stopped them. His name is Zipes and he is a bully.
The boy with Misha told Zipes that his magical power is too low to being noticed so he should just let them go. Zipes got angry and attacked both of them but failed miserably.
Inside the academy, it’s a 1 on 1 battle to decide who will enter the academy. Zipes is against the guy Misha was with. Zipes thinks of getting revenge but in the process is killed three times in three seconds. The boy told him to stop or he will be killed for real.
After a good quality time between the boy and Misha, Zipes comes back with his brother so that he can kill the boy. But the boy defeated both of them and reveals that he is the demon king himself and if they want to defeat him come back when they are powered up.
In episode 2 we are gonna know about the Demon King more and a new adventure can begin in the life of Demon King.
