David Lara and Gary Snyder, citizens of Yuma County, Arizona, used undercover cameras to bust a San Luis ballot trafficking ring during the 2020 primary election. Guillermina Fuentes, a member of the San Luis School District Board, was charged with felony forgery and conspiracy after their evidence was presented to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.
Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza’s upcoming True the Vote documentary “2,000 Mules” features Lara and Snyder, and their shocking revelations. Lara reveals details about Arizona’s vote harvesting “mafia” and the mechanics of how ballot trafficking works when they sat down for an interview recently with The Gateway Pundit. Here are some excerpts extracted from their conversation.
“It is a professional criminal organisation”
During the interview, Lara revealed that election rigging through the use of ballot harvesting in Yuma County has been going on unnoticed, for more that the past two decades.
“It is a professional criminal organisation. These are not amateurs, these are people that have been doing it for many, many years, it is well structured… Rudy Giuliani would have been perfect for this investigation because it mirrors the mafia, the Italian mafia in New York. It has ranks, has different levels of infrastructure, they have different levels of authority, and it trickles all the way up to the top. And when I say all the way to the top, I’m talking about state and federal levels. The grassroots… will pick up the ballots, and then they’ll pass it on to the next person… and so forth. And the reason they do this is in case somebody gets caught, then they’re caught with a small amount of ballots, which makes it an amount that would not sway an election either way. So they’re very precise… and that’s why I’ve always said this is a cartel. This is run exactly the way cartels and drug dealers distribute drugs in a community.” -Lara said.
Dropboxes over mailboxes
Lara also explained in depth why ballot smugglers prefer drop boxes over mailboxes. To avoid signature checks on forged ballots, the cartel relies on an eleventh-hour dropbox deluge. This is the exact “playbook” that was used “in the swing states in 2020, when Trump’s election was stolen,” according to Lara. “The avalanche of mail-in ballots began at midnight, or around 1 a.m. The harvesters do this because, after collecting hundreds or thousands of ballots, they keep them. On Election Day, they begin to trickle them in slowly in the morning… Then they wait until the final hour or two. After that, they unload the rest of them.” -as Lara described.
The reason they do that” -he continued, “is so that the county recorder will get flooded with an avalanche of ballots when they’re under the clock to verify thousands of votes. It is impossible to verify that many signatures that fast in that short of a time.”
According to Lara, how they manage to harvest so many ballots is “through nonprofits that are in low-income communities… The vast majority of low-income communities are controlled by what I called warlords. And I say warlords because it’s to benefit them to remain in control of their community. Not all the ballots have fake signatures, Lara noted. In some cases, these low income, minority voters actually hand over signed blank ballots, which are then voted straight-ticket Democrat.” -he further explained.
RINO involvement revealed
One of the most shocking revelations made in the course of this interview was that the RINOs were involved in the organised ballot smuggling operation. When Lara filed one of his complaints about ballot harvesting in 2020, Ken Bennett, the Arizona audit liaison, brought over the DOJ to San Luis, to start investigations. In a matter of a few hours of the DOJ’s arrival, a flyer written in Spanish started making the rounds throughout the community, warning residents of the DOJ, and telling them they did not need to cooperate with them, or answer any questions asked; or even open their doors. The Republican party funded the PAC that was distributing those flyers.
“The real problem in the ballot harvesting is big money Republicans. These are the RINO establishments that in some ways, somehow they benefit from the ballot harvesting. Could be contracts, it could be favours… So the biggest problem that we have to fight voter fraud in all of the states are the RINO Republicans who are just entrenched.” -revealed Lara.
