Balraj expresses his happiness as Ahana is taking care of Rudraksha while he thought that she might be angry with him due to his behaviour with Niketan.

Ahana tells him that Niketan did wrong by kidnapping Saaransh for which she will never forgive him. Balraj assures her that Niketan will not get bail. The nurse asks Rudraksha to take a blood test as someone might have drugged Saaransh as his body is not accepting the treatment and they need blood as soon as possible. Balraj asks to arrange blood while Rudra leaves.

Ahana asks to inform Prisha’s family to which Balraj informed that her dad is not well so they should call her mother. Ahana leaves to inform her. Mishka asks Ahana if she doesn’t have self-respect. Ahana tells her that she is doing everything to take revenge for their dad and won’t let Prisha’s father go.

Ahana says that Prisha will be accompanied by her son and father while leaving this world. She then calls Vasudha and tells that Saaransh is severely injured with huge blood loss and Prisha was also shot while saving him and is critical as well. Vasu gets shocked.

Yuvraj scolds Ahana who tells him that Prisha and Saaransh are severely injured and they need to reach City Hospital fast. Gopal also asks Vasu who in turn tells him that someone shot Prisha to which Gopal gets shocked. Vasudha tells Gopal to calm down while he and Yuvraj will go to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Rudra feels sorry to Rajeev while Ahana assures that everything will be fine. The nurse comes there with blood reports and tells that it matched and Rudra agrees to donate the blood. Balraj, Ahana and Mishka shock hearing that. Ahana says that it’s strange that their blood matched despite the fact that it’s a very rare blood group. Ahana assures Mishka that she will take Prisha and Saaransh out of Rudra’s life.

Vasudha and Yuvraj reach the hospital and asks about Prisha and Saaransh’s condition. Ahana tells them they are in OT. Rudra comes back after donating and blood and runs to see Saaransh. The nurse tells him that he has donated blood at the right time and Saaransh is safe now.

Rudra enquires about Prisha and the nurse tells him that her condition is deteriorating as she is not responding to treatment. Vasu pleads to save her daughter. Rudra recalls Prisha and thinks only Saaransh can save her. He takes Saaransh to Preesha’s OT.

The doctor asks him to get out of the OT, however, he tells the doctor that if she will know that her son is fine then she will also be fine. He tells Prisha that she has to come back for him and Saaransh who in turn holds Saaransh’s hands as he calls her Mumma. He tells the doctor that she is moving to which doctors remarks it’s a miracle. The doctor then assures him that Prisha is fine and they should leave the OT.

On the other hand, Yuvraj scolds Rudra for taking Saaransh in OT to which he tells him that Prisha is fine now as Saaransh has saved her. Vasudha blesses Saaransh and thanks Rudra. Yuvraj then takes Saaransh to the ward saying that he is his son and he would have been fine if they would have been together.
