Boruto Episode 158 Release Date, Preview And Spoilers: Boruto anime has finally picked up the pace. It sure is getting pacy, gritty and sort of dark, I guess. Many things in episode 157 took the fans by surprise and now we can really look forward to the next episode as things might get really interesting from here and out.

Sai and Sasuke met a boy named Garashi while searching for Kara’s hideout. Garashi told them he knows the location of Kara’s hideout and will take them there. When all three reached the base, Garashi revealed that he is working for Kara and tries to kill Sasuke and Sai with the poison gas he killed his friends years ago. Sai and Sasuke escapes and Garashi realized that the mask given to him by Kara is fake and rather then running he decides to just end his life there so that no information can be extracted out of him. The Kara base also got destroyed by the side effects of poison gas.

Naruto and Shikamaru got briefed about the situation and realized Kara is really a big deal. Sai told them the hidden base was a research facility. Naruto reinstates Katasuke in the Scientific Ninja Tools team. Naruto decides to provide aid to Hidden Rain village to end the war(People like Garashi were turning on other villages because they didn’t provide aid to Hidden Leaf and Kara is like a ray of hope to them).

Meanwhile, A meeting with all the major persons of Kara is underway, and even after their research facility getting destroyed the head of Kara told them the plan will not be changed.

Konohamaru gives Boruto’s squad a mission to find a man named Mr.Anato. On the surface mission looks really normal but as the mission continues new secrets will be revealed.  On the subplot, we can also see Sai and Sasuke investigating more about Kara. But in episode 157, Naruto and others got to know that the organization they are facing is really big and they will have to take it seriously. If the show maintains the same pace of the last episode this might be one of the best arcs in Boruto we have seen.
