Daniel John Eastman is an American lawyer serving in Mequon, Wisconsin. He was born on 28th March 1956 in Milwaukee and is 66 years of age. He mainly deals with corporation, taxation, real estate, bankruptcy, probate and alternative energy cases.
Eastman education and career
Eastman obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in 1979 and a master’s degree in arts in 1982. He earned his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Centre in 1987. He started his career in law in 1988.
“Releasing the Kraken”… Eastman suit to overturn 2020 election results…
Daniel Eastman partnered with Trump attorney Sidney Powell along with Michael D. Dean of Brookfield in 2021 when she filed an election suit in the U.S Supreme Court following the 2020 presidential election results. Sidney vowed on Fox Business to ” release the Kraken”, referring to the slew of lawsuits she filed in efforts to overturn the election results. The suit was denied by the U.S Supreme Court on 5th March, 2021.

Dan Eastman was one of the guest speakers alongside MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, Rep. Timothy Ramthun, and U.S Army veteran Ivan Raiklin at the Save Wisconsin Save America event held on 14th February. It was held in the Kewaskum High School auditorium.
According to sources, the event was organised in an attempt to “expose” election violations and disclose new, ‘ground – shaking’ evidence against the alleged election violators.
Timothy S. Ramthun is an American politician, consultant and a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. He represents Hartford, Kewaskum and the neighbouring towns of Calumet, Fond du Lac and Washington counties.
Ivan Raiklin is an American politician of the Republican party. He ran for U.S Senate elections representing the state of Virginia in 2018. He has also previously served in the U.S Army. Raiklin currently commands a National Guard special forces unit in Texas.
Michael Lindell, also known as the My Pillow Guy, is an American businessman, conservative political activist, and conspiracy theorist. He is the founder and CEO of My Pillow, Inc., a pillow, bedding, and slipper manufacturing company. Lindell is an avid supporter of Trump, and deems him as “the most amazing president this country has ever seen in history”.
