Lockdown 4.0 In India: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today announced the fourth phase of the lockdown in a message to the nation.

He said that the rules would be changed in the fourth phase. Suggestions have also been sought from states for this. The Prime Minister said that before May 18, the country would be made aware of the new rules.

The Prime Minister said, ‘The fourth phase of lockdown, Lockdown 4, will be completely redesigned, with new rules. Based on the suggestions we are getting from the states, information related to Lockdown 4 will also be given to you before May 18.

The Prime Minister praised the patience of the countrymen and saluted the struggle of the working class in particular. The PM said, ‘This crisis is so big that the most significant systems have been shaken.

Modi said at the beginning of the speech that a (corona) virus destroyed the world. Crores of lives are facing crises all over the world. He said, ‘The whole world is engaged in a war to save lives. We have not seen or heard of such a crisis. Certainly, all this is unimaginable for mankind. ‘

The Prime Minister said that no matter how big the crisis is, do not stop and get tired.

The PM started his address by saying, ‘The world has now passed more than four months while coping with the corona infection. During this period, more than 42 lakh people from all countries have been infected with Corona.

Keep in mind that the Prime Minister has addressed the country for the fourth time in the last two months. The Prime Minister addressed the country for the first time on March 18 amid the Corona crisis.

In that address, he appealed to the people not to leave the houses following the ‘Janata Curfew’ from 9 am to 9 pm on March 22. Then, in a second address on March 24, PM, Modi announced a 21-day nationwide lockdown.

The PM had addressed the countrymen for the third time on April 14 in which he announced extending the lockdown to May 3. However, the government later extended the period from May 3 to May 17, and India entered the third phase of the lockdown.

During Tuesday’s ‘Address to the Nation,’ PM Modi also announced the fourth phase of the lockdown.
