Professor David K. Clements from Cyber Symposium

Professor David K. Clements is a Law Professor at New Mexico State University. Professor Clements received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He currently teaches Legal Environment of Business, Consumer Protection and Employment Law. His teaching style draws heavily from his experience as a seasoned trial attorney, where he’s tried over 120 cases to a jury and judge. His trial experience ranges from municipal defense in civil litigation, to prosecution of 1st-degree murder and other high-profile felony cases.

When Professor Clements is not serving the needs of his students, he maintains his ties to the legal profession as an of-counsel attorney with southern New Mexico’s largest civil litigation firm. There he focuses on commercial law, municipal and county defense, and employment law. His academic and research interests include election integrity, the collateral source rule, liquor license reform, SLAPP lawsuits, and the legal aspects of propaganda in the entertainment industry.

Professor David K. Clements presented “The Vote Trafficking Parable” in the cyber symposium held by Mike Lindell, the report can be seen below.

Seth Keshel in the Cyber Symposium

After Pat Colbeck, David Clements, Phil Waldron, and Joe Oltmann leave the stage, Seth Keshel joins them.

Those who have seen what we’ve seen are rightfully alarmed. These were the first files the techs had ever looked at. This is just the beginning of 2-3 weeks of work. They’ll start with the obvious ones. In the beginning, they may look at the differences between two images. Take a look at the anomalies. In Mesa County, it seems Dominion has actively wiped out forensic evidence.
There are some who are rightly alarmed by what we’ve seen. These were the first files the techs had ever looked at. Sometimes when people block your investigations you have to clear the chaos and deal with individual situations. It’s called “the trusted build” by Dominion. What happened to the logs? Looks like someone at Dominion deleted them. Dominion was communicating with an outside system? That alone should trigger an audit. (Unsure) Once you break the public trust, that’s it. It’s gonna take 2-3 weeks. First, they’ll look at what’s known. Initially, they might look at the differences between two images. Take a look at the anomalies. In Mesa County, it seems Dominion has actively wiped out forensic evidence.
