Guest Speakers for Donald Trump’s Save America Rally in Nebraska
The Save America rally in Greenwood, Nebraska will feature all of Trump’s backed candidates in Nebraska, who will join the former President at the rally on Friday.
Charles Herbster, a contender for the 2022 election, has confirmed that he will speak at the Greenwood event on Friday. In October 2021, Trump endorsed Herbster.
“Charles W. Herbster has been a tremendous supporter of America First and Make America Great Again right from the beginning. He is running for Governor of the Great State of Nebraska and will do a fantastic job. With Loony Tune Senators like Little Ben Sasse representing the wonderful people of Nebraska, it is particularly important that a great Governor be elected to help fortify the State. Charles W. Herbster has my complete and total endorsement!” -read the official statement from the former president.
Herbster has found himself in the thick of a tornado of sexual misconduct charges brought by many women, including State Senator Julie Slama, less than two weeks before the Republican primary on May 3. Herbster has rejected all of the charges, stating that he was surprised to be charged in the first place.
“I’m shocked and surprised at the accusations because in 2019 and 2020 and 2021, I certainly didn’t know there was any problem with (state Sen.) Julie Slama, we attended events together, I assure you, I have never and never will act in the way that these accusations last week were levelled at me. I have taken the route of attorneys to protect my name and my reputation.” -Herbster said.
“I can assure you that all of those allegations are totally false. I have never, ever done any of the things (alleged) with any individual period in my entire life,” -he added. “I have never, ever done any of the allegations from anyone who saw it or feels they were involved. I’ve never done that. So they’re 100% false,” Herbster said. “And if they were not, I assure you I wouldn’t have a law team involved. And I wouldn’t be taking the steps that I’m taking and I’m sure that I wouldn’t be here today with you. … All of these accusations, period, are 100% false-100%.”
‘We’re being invaded by millions and millions of people,’ -Donald Trump at Save America rally in Michigan
Former President Donald Trump, speaking at his last Save America rally in Michigan, took a shot at the far left, including President Joe Biden, for his decision to abolish Title 42, a US border immigration regulation.
‘We’re being invaded by millions and millions of people,’ -claimed Trump, adding that ’10 to 12 million people would flood the country if Title 42 were to be repealed”, which according to him was the ‘largest number of illegal immigrants entering the country,’ that he has ever seen.
Trump also poked fun at Rep. Peter Meijer’s name, mocking how it’s spelt. Since voting for Trump’s impeachment following the Jan. 6 attack on the US Capitol Hill, the Republican Rep. has faced relentless criticism for his support of the former president.
“A guy who spells his name M-E-I-J-E-R but they pronounce it Meyer, The hell kind of a spelling is that?” -Trump joked. “I said, how the hell do you pronounce this guy’s name? Nobody knows if he’s done anything in Washington… I said, how do you pronounce his name, is it Ma-ger, My-ger? They said it’s My-er. How the hell do you get My-er out of it?”- he added.
Thousands of Trump supporters attended the Save America event in Washington, Michigan, which took place on Saturday, April 2 at the Stars Sports Centre in Macomb County, Michigan.
