Dr. Reddys Laboratories, a pharmaceutical major, isolated all data center services worldwide after a cyberattack was detected.

Last week, Dr. Reddys Laboratories and Russia’s State Fund announce that they have received approval from the Indian Drug Control General (DCGI) to conduct a Phase 2/3 adaptive human clinical trial for Sputnik V vaccines in India.

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Stock price dropped after attack

The share price of Dr. Reddys Laboratories fell on reporting the data breach. The stock traded 1.19 percent lower at Rs 4,986.90 on the BSE at 10:55 am.

“After a cyber attack was detected, we isolated all data center services in order to take the necessary preventive measures,” said Dr. Reddy in a message to the press.
