Joe Biden Was More Involved in Hunter’s Business Dealings Than Previously Thought

House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) claimed President Joe Biden was “a lot more involved” in his son Hunter Biden‘s business dealings than he previously thought. Comer made the claim in a letter to the FBI, asking the agency to investigate whether Biden had violated any laws.

In an appearance on Fox News, Comer relayed the latest findings of his investigation into alleged criminal activity from the Biden family. Referring to new information uncovered, Comer said the president appeared to be much more involved in his son’s business dealing than he had let on.

“You look at the laptop and all the people that Joe Biden claimed he never had any dealings with or didn’t know, their pictures, their text messages, their emails,” Comer said. “There’s evidence through and through that shows Joe Biden knew these people. He spent time with these people, and he communicated with these people.”

“Now we know of several instances where Joe Biden was in direct communication with some of these business associates, you could call them. I call them foreign nationals sending money to the Biden family through shell companies,” Comer continued. “But at any rate, Joe Biden was much more involved in Hunter’s shady business games than he has ever admitted.”

“I think we’re getting closer every day. We’re at the point, now, in the deposition phase,” he said. “We already have bank records, emails; we have text messages. We have phone records. And We have testimony from other people. So we know a lot about what Joe Biden’s involvement was. We’re at the point where we need people to come in under oath and go into more detail because I think all roads point to Joe Biden.”

However, Joe Biden denied any kind of Wrongdoing till date. 

The FBI has not yet investigated the matter, and it is possible that no wrongdoing will be found. Also, It is important to note that Comer’s claims are based on allegations; no exact evidence was found, and Biden denied any wrongdoing.

However, the allegations raised have new questions about the Biden family’s business dealings, and it is still a mystery that what impact they will have on President Biden’s presidency.

Hunter Biden has struggled with addiction and has been involved in questionable business dealings. Joe Biden has come under fire for handling Hunter’s business dealings but has denied wrongdoing.

In 2020, the Trump administration launched an investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine. Comer also cites a report by the New York Times that says that Biden may have used his position as vice president to pressure the Ukrainian government to fire a prosecutor investigating Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company that Hunter Biden was on board. The Biden administration later dropped the investigation.
