Mike Lindell’s frequent trysts with controversy
Lindell is often in the news. His name often getting linked to various controversies because he is a prominent supporter of Donald Trump.
After Biden’s victory over Trump in the 2020 US presidential election, Lindell played the role of financier and supporter to Trump’s attempts to overturn the election result. He also spread defamatory conspiracy theories about the presidential elections of 2020 being fraudulent.
He has also been an active promoter of the toxic plant extract oleandrin, touting it to be the alternative cure for Covid-19.
Voter fraud case to be filed with Supreme Court
“This is absolutely the biggest cover-up for the biggest crime in history,” Lindell told right-wing host Steve Bannon on Friday. “I cannot wait to drop this Supreme Court case the Tuesday at 9 a.m. before Thanksgiving, and the whole world is going to be watching all this unfold over Thanksgiving.
Lindell predicted that up to 30 state attorneys general would join his lawsuit claiming that the election was stolen from former President Donald Trump.
“I believe it will be 9-0 that they will at least look at it,” he said of the court, “that they’re going to take it down.”
MyPillow CEO has been talking up November 25 as the day that the Supreme Court will convene to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. While you’re stuffing the turkey, Lindell will be holding a multi-day “marathon” broadcast in honor of the occasion.
“I cannot wait to drop this Supreme Court case on Tuesday at 9 a.m. before Thanksgiving, and the whole world is going to be watching all this unfold over Thanksgiving,” he told Steve Bannon on Friday (watch it above). “We’re going to do a marathon from Wednesday night of Thanksgiving to Sunday.”
“And you’re going to be sitting around the table — this is very important to our country and the world. Everyone can be sitting around the table and going. ‘Hey, what do you think of that? You think the Supreme Court is going to accept it and protect our country like they’re supposed to?'” the pillow executive opined.
Lindell thinks the marathon will be a conversation starter around the turkey day table. That it’s “going to be a uniting” experience. At the same time, Bannon opined it could lead to “fistfights”. This is the first, and hopefully only, time that I have ever agreed with Steve Bannon. Uncle Tim gets punchy after the second glass of wine.
I’ll see you, “every person in the world,” two days before Thanksgiving.
The official tweet by @patriottakes said, “Mike Lindell says he’s launching his voter fraud case with the Supreme Court 2 days before Thanksgiving so that every person in the world will talk about it for four days.”
Previous lawsuits scrapped
Courts have scrapped lawsuits claiming that the 2020 presidential elections are fraudulent. That the presidency has been “stolen” from Trump. What becomes of Lindell’s case remains to be seen.
