PUBG Ban in India: PUBG will be back in India? India Bans 118 Chinese Apps again, but why?

We are all aware of the tensions between India and China that are currently going on. This is the second time that such a decision to ban certain apps from India are taken in to force. Previously 59 Chinese apps were banned, and now there is a list of 118 apps that are banned in India, which includes a popular game “pubg.” An official statement was out confirming the news about the ban of these apps, justifying the reason for these actions. Why were 118 apps banned in India?

There is no denying the fact that the tensions between India and China on the borders in eastern Ladakh is getting quite stressful. These app bans are a step concerning the data security reasons, and this is the second round where India has decided to take action and ban all the Chinese apps. Earlier in June, India had banned 59 apps that included TikTok, Shareit, UC browser, Shein, Clash of Kings, Romwe, Club Factory, Xender, WeChat, BeuatyPlus, Helo, Du Battery Saver, Likee, QQ Music, Weibo, Baidu Map and many more apps that add up to the 59 names in the list.
