Trump Predicts Kari Lake Will Win Arizona Governor’s Race

Kari Lake is a renowned Journalist of America who stepped into politics. She was born on August 23rd, 1969. Lake stopped working as an anchor in March 2021 after working for twenty years in Phoenix television station KSAZ-TV.

Being a Republican member, Lake supports former US President Donald Trump. She also supported Trump’s claim that the 2020 Presidential elections were stolen. She also made the same claims during her campaign.

Lake is the candidate for the 2022 Arizona Gubernatorial elections.

Education and early life of Kari Lake

The information about her high school is not known. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lowa in communication and Journalism.

Lake was born to Larry A. and Sheila A. Lake.  In August 1998, Lake married Jeff Halperin. They both are now parents to two children. 

Kari Lake Career

Lake started her career with an internship at KWQC-TV in Davenport, Iowa in May 1991. She was attending the University of Iowa while this internship was going on.

She then became a reporter and also telecasted the weekly weather report. Gradually, after taking many positions at different companies, she returned to Arizona. There she became an evening anchor for KSAZ-TV.

Lake resigned from her position in 2021 and announced her run for the Governor of Arizona. Lake has interviewed both Barack Obama and Donald Trump in her career.

When announcing her candidacy for the Governor, she said that she earned the trust of the people of Arizona. She also added while reading a news copy that “I didn’t believe was fully truthful or only told part of the story, and I began to feel that I was contributing to the fear and division in this country by continuing on in this profession.”

Lake has always supported Donald Trump and his claims of stolen elections throughout her campaigns. She also claimed that she would have not certified Trump’s defeat in 2020 if she was the Governor then.

Lake is endorsed by many, like Mike Lindell, Paul Gosar, and Michael Flynn, for her run.

Lake carried out anti-mask rallied and even told the university students to violate mask requirements for Covid.

Endorsement by Donald Trump and his prediction

Recently, Donald Trump endorsed Kari Lake for the Governor of Arizona via email.

Trump wrote, “Kari Lake is running for Governor in the Great State of Arizona. She is a fantastic person who spent many years working as a highly respected television anchor and journalist. Because of this, few can take on the Fake News Media like Kari.”

 Trump added, “She is strong on Crime, will protect our Border, Second Amendment, Military, and Vets, and will fight to restore Election Integrity (both past and future!).”

“She is against Covid lockdowns, Cancel Culture, and will end “woke” curriculum in our schools. She will do a far better job than RINO Governor Doug Ducey—won’t even be a contest! Kari will make her wonderful family, and the MAGA movement, very proud. Kari Lake has my Complete and Total Endorsement. She will be a great Governor for the incredible people of Arizona!”

Trump was banned on all social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook which gave birth to Trump’s own social media site called Truth Social. This site is claimed to launch in 2022.

Kari took to her Twitter and reposted a picture of Trump’s words for her.

She gave a caption that said, “Thank you, President Trump, for your endorsement. This means so much to me because I know how much you love America and how much the people of this country love you! I promise to fight as hard for the people of Arizona as you have fought for us.”
