The coronavirus epidemic continues to wreak havoc worldwide. South Sudan Vice President Reek Masher and his wife Ejolina Teni have been found Corona positive. With this, the number of people infected with the coronavirus in South Sudan has increased to 236 while four people have died.
Masher is over 60 years old. Masher was examined on May 13 after a member of the Corona Task Force became Corona infected. When his report came, he was found to be Corona positive. It is being told that Masher’s bodyguards and some staff members have also been found positive.
At the same time, other countries of the world, America, Brazil, Russia, and India remain hotspots of corona infection, thousands of new cases of the disease are also being reported daily. The total number of infections worldwide has increased to more than 49 lakhs.
The total number of deaths has exceeded three lakh 20 thousand. The US and Brazil are among the most affected countries, while the number of corona patients in India has crossed 100,000. The human trial of the coronavirus vaccine has been successful in America.
American biotechnology company Moderna has said that the first eight people who took part in the vaccine’s safety trial have found Corona virus-killing antibodies in their bodies.
