The Justice for J6 rally was a right-wing pro-Donald Trump demonstration that occurred on September 18, 2021, in support of hundreds of people who were arrested and charged following the United States Capitol attack (which took place on January 6). The event, which attracted a low attendance, and proceeded generally peacefully, was organized by a former Trump campaign staffer. It was noted for extensive security preparations, and concerns over possible unrest.

You can watch the event Live on this page. South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said this week he hoped police would prevent a repeat of the Jan. 6 rioting by a pro-Trump mob. Braynard is referring to those arrested and charged in connection with the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, during which a large group of Trump supporters stormed the complex as lawmakers gathered to certify Electoral College votes for President-elect Joe Biden.

“There are voices on the left and the right trying to discourage patriotic Americans from believing that the election system cannot be fixed, that voting doesn’t matter, and that public demonstrations like ours are ‘false flag attacks’ and are futile.”

Thousands of Donald Trump’s supporters, some associated with ultra-nationalist and white supremacist groups, stormed the US legislature on January 6 this year in an effort to overturn President Joe Biden’s election victory.

Location: SC State House, 1100 Gervais St, Columbia, SC

Rules of the Rally

Travel in groups.
Be respectful to our security team and law enforcement.
Do not wear or bring political, candidate, or another organization’s paraphernalia. This includes clothing or banners supportive of President Trump or President Biden.
Do wear your red, white, and blue and bring your American flag and signs to show your support of the J6 prisoners.
If you see anyone causing trouble, start recording them with your cell phone video and signal for help to an LAA Volunteer (in the red LAA T-shirts).

Washington is on high alert ahead of a rally in support of the pro-Trump rioters who ransacked the US Capitol on January 6. Compared to that time, the security forces are better prepared to avoid a repeat of the mayhem.
