Trump is accused in the indictment as being the mastermind of the planned conspiracy to change the election result in the state to prevent his defeat against President Joe Biden.
The federal judge set August 25, Friday, noon ET, as the deadline for all the defendants to voluntarily surrender to the Fulton County authority, Georgia.

As a result of his 4th arraignment, Trump surrendered himself in Georgia on Thursday evening, a day before the deadline.
The former President was booked as an inmate no. P01135809, and like the other defendants who have surrendered in the case, Trump had his historic mug shot taken at Atlanta jail, following which he became the first U.S. President with a mug shot.
According to the reports, the former President spent only 20 minutes at the jail and paid a $200,000 bond to be released from the Fulton County jail.

Trump, a Republican front-runner for the 2024 Presidential nomination, criticized the indictment, calling it politically motivated to distract him from his campaign. He denied any wrongdoing as he departed Georgia after being released.
The former President faces 13 felony charges in the Georgia election subversion case, including violating the state’s racketeering act, soliciting a public official to violate their oath, conspiring to impersonate a public official, conspiring to commit forgery in the first degree, and conspiring to file false documents.
The other prominent Trump aide indicted in the case includes Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s former personal attorney, and Mark Meadows, who served as Trump’s White House chief of staff.
Trump’s arrest came a day after he skipped the first Republican Primary debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and instead appeared in the interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
Although absent, Trump was heavily discussed on the debate stage, with many candidates confirming to support him if he is convicted and wins the 2024 Republican nominee.
Trump has been indicated four times since he announced his 2024 Presidential run. His first indictment was brought out in New York for his hush money payment to an adult movie star to silence her to publicly speak about her affair with Trump during the 2016 Presidential election.
The former President faces two separate indictments by U.S. Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith. One for his alleged retention of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Miami after he left the White House and the second for his attempt to overturn the 2020 election results. The former President has pleaded not guilty in his first three cases.
