In the first phase, permission will be given to open dharmasthals, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls from June 8 onwards. For this, the government will issue separate guidelines.

In the second phase, schools, colleges, and teaching-training institutions will be allowed to open in July after consultation with the governments of the state and union territories.

In the third phase, the dates of the opening of international air travel, metro services, cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools, amusement parks, etc. will be announced after an analysis of the conditions.

District administrations will determine the Containment Zone keeping in mind the Central Government guidelines. Only essential services will be allowed to run in the Containment Zone.

State governments and union territories will be able to determine the buffer zone outside the container zone. At the same time, there will be no restriction on the movement of people within states and between the two countries. No e-pass will be required.

However, if any province or district administration wants to stop people’s movement, then it can be done after full publicity of the order.  Information will also be given to people related to the process.
