Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 27th July 2020 Written Episode: Play football together, while Naira recording them. Naira says that Kartik is enjoying a lot, however, he has to go to office from tomorrow onwards. The Goenka family plays passing the parcel. When Kartik’s turn comes he enacts an emotional act while seeking their blessings. He says that it will be difficult for him to stay away from the family, however, all have done a lot for him and now it’s his turn to repay.

Naira interrupts him and says that sad acting doesn’t look good and backed up by Akhilesh. Kartik starts arguing with Naira that his acting was good. Everyone smiles while watching them. As Naira is about to leave the argument and go, Kartik holds her hand dances, later joined by the whole Goenka family. He clicks their pic.
Kartik romantically surprises Naira as she enters her room by decorating the room, Naira asks him what’s happening to which Kartik says that he wants to spend some time with her before leaving. He asks her to sit next to him so that he can look at her and her smile. The duo then dances while Tum ho… the song being played in the background. She sees tears in his eyes and tells him that he has gone mad, to which Kartik says I love you Naira.
Later, Kartik sits alone while thinking that his family will be angry with him, however, whatever he is doing, is to save them only. He prays to Krishna to save his family.

The next morning, by looking at the pictures taken by Naira, Dadi says to tell him that he is only going to the office not somewhere else. Kartik asks Naira for Ginger tea, to which Naira says he has already had 3 cups of it. Manish and Akhilesh wait for the loan money and informs Kartik. Kartik calls someone and asks that money hasn’t yet been transferred while warning the person. Manish asks him to slow down as it can spoil things to which Kartik says it’s a deal and they should work well. Naira gets suspicious that something is wrong.
Manish asks to remind Sita in lunch to which Kartik denies and says she will remember as he will text her. Akhilesh informs that they got money. Dadi asks Naira to enquire about Sita’s arrival and to text her regarding the Mahurat. Kartik informs that he will be leaving in some time.
Naira receives a call from a man that Sita has seen her message and asked him to call Naira. He informed that Sita isn’t well for the last 2 days and hasn’t been to the office since then. Naira gets shocked and says that she met her husband, it’s impossible. The man says that they spoke in front of him.
Naira recalls Kartik’s words and goes to confront him. Meanwhile, the police arrive and says that they have come to arrest Kartik Goenka for hit and run road accident case. Everyone gets shocked. Manish denies that his son can’t do this while Akhilesh and Dadi ask Kartik to speak up. Kartik accepts the allegations on him, shocking everyone and the episode ends.
