Farewell, My Dear Cramer Release Date, Cast, Spoilers, & Trailer- When & Where to Watch?: A new anime from the creators of ‘Your Lie In April’ (Sayonara Watashi no Cramer) is going to be released really soon. Last Friday, the official website of the anime released which revealed the first look of the upcoming anime. The project will contain both an anime film adaptation and a television anime adaptation. The upcoming movie and anime are based on a manga of the same name, written by Naoshi Arakawa.  The series is a sequel to the manga series Sayonara, Football, which was written by Arakawa as well.  Farewell, My Dear Cramer started in 2016. Crunchyroll started publishing the manga in 2018.

You can read the synopsis of manga on the company’s official site. The story of Farewell, My Dear Cramer starts right after the original. Sumire Suou, who has no accomplishment in junior High School football whatsoever, her high school life is getting boring and dull, when an offer changes her whole perspective. An invitation from her Junior School Rival, Midori Soshizaki, invites her to play with her in High School. She promises Suou that she will never let her “Play Alone”. The only question is will Suou accept the offer from her High School Rival and will her pride let her accept the invitation. The choice she will make will open paths to whole new scenarios and will decide her fate.

The latest issue of Monthly Shonen Jump just revealed the release date of the upcoming anime. Farewell, My Dear Cramer will debut on April 1, 2021. The release date of the movie is yet to be revealed but it will release in the same month.

Farewell, My Dear Cramer Cast 

Some new cast members were also announced on the weekly shonen jump issue. You can read the full cast and other details on the official site of Shonen Jump.

Meanwhile, Seiki Takuno will direct the anime and Natsuko Takahashi will write the scripts. Toei animation will distribute the anime with LIDEN FILMS as the producers. Eriko Ito will design the characters and Masaru Yokoyama is in charge of the music. Masaru Yokoyama has previously given us some goldy albums in “Your Lie In April” and “Fruits Basket”. So, we can expect some great music in this anime too. Aika Kobayashi will perform the theme song of the anime ” “Sora wa Dare ka no Mono Ja Nai” (The Sky Doesn’t Belong to Anyone).

The staff for both the movie and anime series is the same. The anime is said to be 24 episodes long which will run over six months of time.

The first preview of the anime was released back in September this year. A poster revealing both projects was also released. It was just an announcement trailer, and the full-fledged trailer will release soon. We will update you as soon as something is announced.
